Terms & Conditions of Use
PORTRAIT SESSION: Depending on your package, all portrait sessions include a timed photo shoot at a pre-determined location up to 20 miles from Saint Paul, MN (zipcode 55119). The Client shall pay $20 per 20 miles for locations 21+ miles outside zipcode 55119. Your session includes custom, hand edits of creative images that will be displayed in a password protected online ordering gallery for 30 days.
RESERVATION POLICY: A non-refundable, creative retainer fee for half of the package cost, along with a signed contract secures your session date and includes the time/talent of photographer and digital images listed in each package description. Final payment of session fee is due one-week prior to session date. If final payment is not received on time, session time becomes available for other clients. The creative reservation retainer fee is non-refundable but may be applied towards a mutually agreed upon rescheduled session. See contract for specific deadlines for rescheduling.
PAYMENT POLICY: State of Minnesota sales tax of 6.875% will be added to the total order. Debit and credit cards are accepted via Stripe or PayPal for your convenience. Prices subject to change without notice.
RETURN POLICY: Due to the custom nature of the products, all sales are final.
PRIVACY POLICY: All sessions require a signed "Model Release Form" by the client or if the client is under 18 years old, the legal guardian of the client, as well as a "Portrait Contract". ABL Photography LLC reserves the right to use any and all photography images, files, negatives, prints, and/or reproductions for display, publications, website, self-promotion or other purposes.
COPYRIGHT POLICY: All images remain the copyrighted property of ABL Photography LLC. All of the images are protected by Federal Copyright laws and may not be reproduced, re-printed, scanned, copied altered, or edited without written permission by ABL Photography LLC. We ask that you do not scan our images, as it will reduce their beauty and diminish the impact of your fine art portraiture. Should you require additional copies of your images, please contact us.
SOCIAL MEDIA: All images posted and shared on social media platforms must be watermarked with ABL Photography LLC and may NOT be altered in any way, including filters.
ABL Photography LLC and Ann Blumer-LaMotte may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions of Use, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to the User. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting on our website. Your continued use of our Service and this Site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.
